The image on the front of the sweatshirt is a copy of the famous Tree of Life sketch Darwin jotted down in a notebook after travelling the world on HMS Beagle (1831-6). It formed the basis of his theory of evolution and natural selection later outlined in his ground-breaking book, On the Origin of Species, which he wrote whilst at Down House.
Made of a beautifully soft cotton and polyester blend, the sweatshirt is the perfect casual wear for anyone with a passion for science.
