These country wines are inspired by traditional recipes and created using modern methods to ensure the characteristic flavour of the fruits, flowers and plants is retained.
Elderflower wine is a traditional dry wine with a delicate floral aroma and flavour. It makes a perfect picnic or lunchtime wine and is an ideal aperitif.
